  • Airehart Construction is seeking an experienced, reliable, and results oriented Project Superintendent to augment our growing company. Candidate should be self-motivated, detail oriented, able to multi-task with advanced problem-solving techniques, proficient in communication skills with timely follow up, uphold high value for customer service relationships and exemplify integrity, passion, and professionalism.

    Essential Functions:

    • Independently supervise the construction of high-end custom homes and full-scale home renovations

    • Manage the construction plan for the successful execution of the work. Coordinates the means and methods, manpower, equipment, and material resources required to accomplish this goal

    • Coordinate and direct Airehart team members, subcontractors, and all other project stakeholders

    • Effectively coordinate with Airehart leadership daily

    • Maintain project schedules daily

    • Promote and ensure job site safety, encourage safe work practices and rectify job site hazards immediately

    • Perform quality control inspections regularly

    • Coordinate project close-out and punch-lists

    Required Education & Skills:

    • Minimum 5 years experience as a project superintendent (residential construction preferred)

    • Excellent written and verbal communication

    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

    • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, SmartSheets, BlueBeam, and ther construction management software

    • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required

    • Degree in Construction Management is a plus but not required

  • Airehart Construction is seeking an experienced, reliable, and results oriented Project Manager to augment our growing company. Candidate should be self-motivated, detail oriented, able to multi-task with advanced problem-solving techniques, proficient in communication skills with timely follow up, uphold high value for customer service relationships and exemplify integrity, passion, and professionalism.

    Essential Functions:

    • Project estimation and contracting

    • Development and maintenance of project schedules

    • Coordination with Airehart team, subcontractors, and all other project stakeholders

    • Permitting with governing jurisdiction

    • Weekly project costing

    • Material take-off’s and procurement

    • Coordinate timely selection of material

    • Represent company in project meetings with contractors, architect, engineers, county/city staff, and suppliers

    • Assist with office management related tasks, as necessary

    Required Education & Skills:

    • Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience

    • Minimum 1 years experience as a project manager (residential construction preferred)

    • Excellent written and verbal communication

    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

    • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, SmartSheets, BlueBeam, and ther construction management software

  • Airehart Construction is seeking a reliable and results oriented General Laborer to augment our growing company. Candidate should be self-motivated, detail oriented, able to multi-task with advanced problem-solving techniques, and exemplify integrity, passion, and professionalism.

    Required Skills

    • Minimum 1 years experience in construction (concrete or carpentry preferred)

    • Reliable transportation and a valid CA driver’s license

    • Ability to handle physical work: lifting, bending, and working outdoors in all weather conditions

    • Team player and strong work ethic
